I had an immediate emergency involving two of my tires. The honesty and professionalism involving my situation afforded me the opportunity to make an informed decision to purchase the right set of tires at a reasonable cost. Staff was also kind, service was quick, and I was on my way without without any problems. Other family members have used Katz for years and it is our go to place for good tires and good service.
Being almost 2 hours from home, while entering I-70, we hit a massive pothole, blowing the tire. Being after 2:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon, I thought we were going to have to be towed home. If I could give this place more stars I would. I popped a tire unexpectedly and had to be towed and Katz was the one closest tire shop. Everyone was super nice and they had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. Plus their warranty on their tires doesn’t hurt either! Overall I’m very pleased and I will continue to purchase my tires from Katz from now on.
